Kaitlin Reimann is a business and community change leader who is passionate about harnessing ideas, data and the collective power of people, corporations and nonprofits to change the world. She is the co-Founder of uBack. uBack is the first ever mobile, big-data, social impact platform that helps corporations manage their philanthropic initiatives more efficiently, while also delivering new insights to executives on what causes employees and customers care about and the company’s impact in the community. These insights help increase a company’s “Giving IQ”, which can lead to elevated employee engagement and customer loyalty. Prior to uBack, Kaitlin spent a decade with Accenture, most recently serving as the North American lead for Financial Services’ Change Management.
Kaitlin has award-winning experience in helping Fortune 100 companies manage/implement change and has spent 15 years serving on nonprofit boards and building partnerships that solve community issues. Kaitlin is also on the Advisory Circle for Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy Women’s Philanthropy Institute. Earlier in her career, Kaitlin worked as a journalist for the Irish Independent in Ireland, as well as CBS News in Boston and Chicago. Kaitlin is passionate about family, community and the great city of Chicago, where she lives with her husband, Chris and son, Charlie. Kaitlin channels her energy into helping organizations that create stronger, healthier communities, such as Heartland Alliance, Ryan Banks Academy, Cook County Health Foundation, Girls Take Charge, New Sector Alliance and Spark.
