Bilingual and English as a Second Language (ESL) Endorsement/Approval

The Bilingual and English as a Second Language (ESL) Endorsement program offers teachers with a standard Illinois teaching certificate the opportunity to earn an English as a Second Language Endorsement and, if they pass the state language proficiency test, a Bilingual Approval.
