Description: Early childhood curriculum, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures related to child health, safety, and nutrition birth – age 8. Emphasis on partnering with families and community and integrating and maintaining health, safety, and nutrition.
Prerequisites: EPSY 225 or consent of the instructor.
